Program Manager
The Program Manager is responsible for delivery, cost and quality of an engine development program. In addition, the successful candidate will be required to:
- Create and maintain detailed objectives, schedules and budgets
- Manage a multi-disciplinary program team, including engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, material control, assembly and testing
- Ensure prompt and proper resolution of all program issues
- Prepare and present program status updates and milestone documents to company management and external customers
- Develop, maintain and update the company's program management processes as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-10 years of program management experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledgeable about engines
- Experience managing new technology development programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Desirable Skills:
- Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- MBA or equivalent
- Six Sigma Blackbelt certification
